Reservation Policy All reservations made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa Amarela Guesthouse. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason deemed necessary. Cancellation Policy We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 5 days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night's stay. Payment Policy All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Payment is due upon check-in, and we accept major credit cards and cash. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Check-out is at 11:00 pm. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Casa Amarela Guesthouse reserves the right to charge guests for any damages incurred during their stay. Liability Disclaimer Casa Amarela Guesthouse is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by guests during their stay, including but not limited to, personal injuries, theft, or damage to personal property. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
